1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Lovelee Jewelry by Lee website and purchasing any products offered through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
2. About Our Products
All Lovelee jewelry is handcrafted by Lee McCune. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in bead placement, color, and proportion are inherent to the nature of the work and are not considered defects. These variations are a mark of authenticity, not error.
Product photography is as accurate as possible, however slight differences in color may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
3. Orders and Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Lovelee reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment in cases where an item is no longer available.
4. Exchanges
Because each Lovelee piece is handcrafted and one of a kind, we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
You must contact us at [email address] before returning any item.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges are subject to available inventory. If an equivalent piece is not available, store credit will be issued.
Custom or final sale items are not eligible for exchange.
5. Shipping
Lovelee ships within the United States. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photography, copy, branding, and design, is the property of Lovelee Jewelry by Lee and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Idaho law, Lovelee Jewelry by Lee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Blaine County, Idaho.
